R3P5 ("we", "our", "us") is a gym interval-timer app published by The Doghouse. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your data.
We do not collect any personal data. R3P5 does not require an account, does not have a backend server, and does not transmit your activity to us.
The App stores the following on your device only:
This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App removes it.
R3P5 plays audio (phase cues, optional spoken callouts via the operating system's text-to-speech engine) and may temporarily duck other audio while the timer is running. The App does not access your microphone.
If you grant permission, R3P5 may display Live Activity / Dynamic Island content (iOS 16.2+) so the timer remains visible on the lock screen. All notification content is generated locally on your device.
R3P5 does not integrate with analytics services, advertising networks, or third-party trackers. The App does use Apple and Google operating-system services (text-to-speech, haptics, notifications, Live Activity) provided by your device's platform.
When you download R3P5, Apple's App Store or Google Play Store may collect data about your download and any optional anonymous usage metrics in accordance with their own privacy policies. We do not receive personally identifiable data from these sources.
R3P5 contains no user accounts, social features, advertising, or in-app purchases, and is rated suitable for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.
Because we do not collect or hold any personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. To remove all R3P5 data, uninstall the App.
If we ever introduce features that change how data is handled (for example optional cloud sync), this policy will be updated and the change communicated via the App or this page before the feature is enabled.
