By downloading, installing, or using the Rep mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Rep is a fitness tracking and accountability application that allows users to log workouts, track personal records, join squads, and generate training programs.
You must create an account to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
Rep offers a premium subscription ("Rep Pro") with additional features. Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected at purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the platform through which you subscribed. Refunds are handled in accordance with the refund policies of the applicable platform (Apple App Store, Google Play Store).

You retain ownership of content you create within the App (workout logs, messages, etc.). By using the App, you grant Rep a non-exclusive licence to store and process this content to provide the service.
Rep is not a medical application. The App does not provide medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise programme. You use the App and follow any training programmes at your own risk.
Rep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries sustained during exercise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
