By downloading, installing, or using the R3P5 mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
R3P5 is an interval timer application for gym use. It provides Tabata, HIIT, AMRAP, EMOM, Boxing, and Custom timer modes, hands-free controls, voice cues, and Live Activity integration. The App runs locally on your device and does not require an account.
R3P5 does not require you to register an account. Your timer presets and settings are stored on your device only.
R3P5 is currently provided free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, they will be clearly identified before purchase, and these Terms will be updated accordingly.

R3P5 is not a medical application. It does not provide medical advice or a training programme. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise routine. You use the App and undertake any exercise at your own risk.
R3P5 plays audio cues and may duck other audio (e.g. music apps) while the timer is running. The App can optionally interpret hardware volume buttons as timer controls (play/pause and skip). These features are opt-in and can be disabled in the App's settings.
R3P5 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to injuries sustained during exercise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Significant changes will be communicated via the App or this page.
